Title: Cute Stranger... Weird Feelings (Chapter 1)
Author: ilytomaikuta (me ^^)
Pairings: Tomapi
Rating: PG
Summary: Yamapi was having a bad day so because he was not paying attention he bumps into a someone. As he looks at the stranger some weird feelings start to occur.
Disclaimer: I do not own either of the boys I’m writing about... Though I wish I did, lol jk.
**Yamapi had just left from his, now, ex-girlfriend's house, after finding out she was breaking up with him for someone else. That someone else was one of Yamapi's Co-workers from the bakery he worked at and also one of his good friends. Ironically Yamapi was the one who had introduced the two of them. Yamapi just couldn't believe that, not only his girlfriend, but also one of his own friends would betray and hurt him like that. **
Oh forget her... forget him too. Who needs them anyways...?
Being as upset as he was, Yamapi didn't notice the stranger, also preoccupied with his own thoughts and not paying attention, walking straight toward him. They walked right into each other, hitting each other, and the ground, pretty hard. Yamapi was so frustrated with what had happened with his ex that knocking into someone wasn't helping his stress level at all. It was partly his fault, for not paying attention, but he was so irritated that he blamed it all on the man that bumped into him.
Yamapi quickly stood up and, without thinking, yelled "What the hell is your problem? Why don't you..." but Yamapi's voice trailed off as he stared up at the stranger in front of him, who was mumbling sorry and brushing the dirt off his pants. Yamapi's heartbeat started to quicken. Right away all his anger subsided and he just kept repeating sorry. He didn't understand what was wrong with him, but for some reason he couldn't be mad at this complete stranger.
“I-I’m extremely sorry… I wasn’t paying attention,” Yamapi quickly stuttered out. The stranger looked him in the eyes, which made his heart beat even quicker, and said in the softest, most sweetest voice,
“N-No… it’s m-my fault. I wasn’t paying attention either. I should’ve been watching where I was going.” Yamapi had never thought he was gay, or even bi, but he couldn’t help but admit that this guy was exceptionally handsome. As he looked into the stranger’s gorgeous hazel-brown eyes he couldn't stop himself from thinking that it was so cute how nervous the guy was acting. He also loved how soft the guy’s voice was. Stop it!! Yamapi thought viciously, you don’t like this man! You are not even gay so why the hell are you thinking all these weird things… Yamapi must have been staring at the guy too long because all of a sudden the guy anxiously asked,
“Are you ok? You didn’t get hurt when you fell, did you? If anything is wrong just tell me and I will pay for the fees, I promise! Just in case here…” The handsome stranger swiftly, but also gracefully, grabbed his wallet from his back pocket and took a business-looking card from it. “Here’s my card. It has my name, cell phone number, work number, and work address on it.” Yamapi was hesitant at first, because there wasn’t anything wrong with him. He was about to tell the guy that it was all right, but then subconsciously he hastily reached out and grabbed the card muttering, quietly, thanks but I’m okay.
“Well if that’s all, I have to be getting to work now… I’m sorry for bumping into you.” He was about to jog off in the direction he was originally going when Yamapi found himself saying “Wait.” Looking a little startled, the stranger asked “Y-Yes?”
“You’re okay too right?” Yamapi couldn’t stop the words from pouring out of his mouth. Yamapi realized, too late, that he had said it in a concerned-crush type of voice. Great… I probably just sounded like a creep and an idiot both at the same time… Wait, why do I care?
The stranger must not have noticed though, because he just said “Yeah, don’t worry, I’m fine. Anyways, I really need to go, bye. Oh and don’t be afraid to call if you have fees from an injury I might have caused.” He said sorry once more than another than another quick goodbye as he ran off in the direction he was originally going. Yamapi watched until he was out of site, and then looked down at the card he had been given.
“Ikuta Toma…” Yamapi said with a smile, staring at the name and number for longer than any normal person would. It’s good to put a name with that cute face Yamapi thought happily.
“Damn it!” he whispered furiously, “I don’t like him! I’m not gay! He’s just some random guy that I bumped into on the street!!” No matter what he said to himself and no matter what he thought, he just couldn’t keep himself from smiling the rest of the day. He didn’t even think about his ex-girlfriend and friend’s betrayal at all for the rest of the day.
***Well that's the end of the first chapter. Please tell me if you like it and if you think i should continue it. Also another thing i want your opinion on is whether, if i write a second chapter, do you think it should pick up from when Toma jogs away or should it still be in Yamapi's voice. ((I just like getting opinions from people))
